Five reasons why try badminton

In this time of year, it seems that we are more likely to try a new activity-and with children outside school it’s great if you can find something they love too!

Last week we gave you our top five reasons to try performing arts, this week we thought we would take a look at the benefits of badminton!

Fitness

Badminton allows for a wide range of physical movement of racing and moved to fluctuations and changes. Can play fast or slow reasonably and can use a variety of strokes, which allows to burn those calories if you want to really improve fitness, or just take it easy and enjoy the game. In both cases will improve fitness levels if you play regularly.

Comprehensive and social

Badminton is a social game and can be enjoyed whatever your age. It’s simpler to learn quickly from tennis, as shotlikok slows down in air as a result of intelligent design. This gives you the opportunity to bring successful with other players, and means that you can engage the children in the game from a very early age should be able to pick up quite easily.
