Proper breathing techniques within swimming
Recently, I took up the task of correcting the stroke. It came as a surprise for me and my new student “national award for swimming survival” before. In my view, it has achieved some efficiency in reducing swimming. However, always encountered problem in long-distance swimming, so his parents wanted to improve his swimming techniques. During the first lesson, ask them to swim a short distance to prove him within swimming. From swimming, I discovered rooted cause him question stroking. Breaststroke
I always see the swimmers breathing with the mouth. The correct method is to use a mouth to inhale while your face water and use nose to exhale into water.
